For Non-Profit Organizations Only

• We will pay SALES COMMISSIONS on Desktop PC's and Notebooks

1. Earn 2.5% for every sale made through your branded web site. That's $12.88 on a $515 base price computer. Not Bad!
2. Commissions will be paid on sale total, including added features,  exclusive of any taxes and shipping, at the end of each month, on completed, shipped, and paid transactions.  We don't sit on your commissions.

• We will pay REFERRAL COMMISSIONS on each completed sale of the following:

1. DirecWay@ Satellite Internet System -  sold and installed due to your referral -$25.00 for each installed and commissioned system.               
2. Web Sites - each web site Designed and Set Up  - $50.00 for each completed contract due to your referral

• No Limit on number of units sold.  Go ahead, sell a bunch!  These are factory built units, Brand new, shipped direct to your customers, students, members, etc.  Complete with warranties.  Great for students and businesses alike.  Student discount coupons  apply and you earn commissions even on discount/coupon sales (2.5% of final, pre-tax, pre-ship total).
• Customers may use credit cards or checks (checks must clear prior to product release) for computer and notebook purchases. 
• The success of your site depends on you promoting and advertising your site.  Your site my be operated year round. 
• All Items sold will be charged shipping and Texas Sales Tax, (and other taxes if applicable).   Items used by your organization internally may be tax exempt - a valid tax exemption form must be on file.
• A Federal tax form  must be on file with us to exempt commissions paid to your organization, or we will be required to withhold for income taxes.

• Your Custom Computer sales site accepts credit cards.  We will collect for sales on your Custom Computer site, and pay commissions to you.   We will collect for sales on your Organization site.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks (accepted but merchandise held until checks clear).   Your Organization's Name can  be used as the web site address, if available.  Your organization's web site will link directly to your Custom Computer Site, and to Ring'A'Ding Designs.   

1. You may promote or sell any generally acceptable promotional items you choose to support and benefit your organization's goals

2. Access to the public viewing areas of the site will be open. Your site can have a bulletin board for your members.

3. Sites will have a moderator designated by your group, and the moderator will coordinate with us.  The moderator will be responsible for discussion content and for policing the site and bulletin board discussions.

4. We reserve the right to cancel the site and/or bulletin board if we, at our sole discretion, believe that the items displated and discussions are suggestive, racial, or pornographic.  All members using the bulletin boards will be required to have userid's and passwords for access.   (We will not design or host any suggestive, racial, pornographic site. Parent/Teacher organizations that want a forum are acceptable - members will need userid's)

5. Your site will be Free for your use, if your site grosses at least $200 per year, exclusive of sales taxes and shipping.  We will NOT charge you for design and set up.  We will charge you a discounted recurring monthly hosting fee of $9.95 per month for your site,  if your site does not generate at least $500.00 in gross sales, each year, exclusive of shipping and sales taxes (one computer sale will satisfy this!).   We expect that if you generate the sales, we will gain the exposure and advertising and that will generate additional business for us.

6. Your site can display your organization's logo and information.  You must have legal rights to use logos, copyrighted, and any trademarked items displayed.  If the logo or trademark is not yours, you must have permission to use those items.  You must state to us that you have obtained permission.

7. You may not use your site to promote any harmful, derogatory, or illegal products.  We will not host any site that advocates the overthrow of any government.

Please Note:

Ring'A'Ding Designs is a for profit company. 

• We will  make profit with each of your sales and we will share that profit with you. 

• Local club items that you produce and promote on your organization's site are not included in our sales. Only items such as computers, web sites, and Internet Access sales and referrals, and promotional items we supply are part of this program. 

• We will not undercut you.

• We will assemble new promotional Share'A'Sale products in the future.  This may be items like jackets, pins, and patches, etc. 

• for those items as they become available. 

• We will advertise our services on your web site in the form of our logo, name and links from your site to our site. 

• We will place links from your site to other non-profit sites of your choosing, as you direct us to. 

• We will pay your commissions on all items according to an agreed upon schedule. 

• Commission schedules may change in the future, but you will be given advance notice of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy:  If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason, just let us know and we will cheerfully refund the purchase price within 30 days from the purchase date.  If any new product is defective 'out of the box' we will refund product and shipping costs or provide an identical replacement of your product delivered  to your location, depending on your request.  Refunds will be by check or by credit card credit, depending on original payment method..  Software must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging and all CD's and disks returned.  Please call for a Return Authorization number for all returns.  We will refund 100% within the first 30 days.  After 30 and before 60 days, we will refund the purchase price less shipping and an 18% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned product to our location.   No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Recurring services and subscription services will be terminated upon receipt of written instructions .  We will refund any unused  portion of the subscription/recurring service. Products offered by affiliate stores are covered by return and refund policies of the individual stores.  If you purchase from one of our advertisers, please contact that advertiser for returns and refunds, and please notify us of any problems with those companies.  We strive to provide links to quality companies and if those companies fail to provide the best of customer service, we will remove them from our site.  Please contact us with any questions.
